Cameron Mitchell - CEO

Cameron Mitchell co-founded Synchrony in 2010. Prior to co-founding Synchrony, he was a member of the European management team for Cephalon during a period of rapid expansion (now part of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited). Prior to Cephalon he was part of the management team that grew Zeneus Pharma Limited into a successful specialty pharmaceutical company, and, subsequently managed the integration with Cephalon. Prior to this he held senior positions at Elan Pharmaceuticals, Accenture , and, GlaxoSmithKline. He holds a BSc Pharmacy from Strathclyde University, is a Responsible Pharmacist, and, is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.

Chris Wagstaff - Executive Vice President, Commercial

Chris is responsible for all commercial activities within the Synchrony business including sales, BD, in and out licensing and niche development opportunities. He has worked in the pharma sector for over 20 years and as such has developed significant business relations with the NHS and Private health services. He has had senior roles with Cephalon, Eisai, Sanofi and was the founder of Starpharms Ltd. He has a degree in clinical biochemistry from Liverpool John Moores University

Graham Smith - Executive Vice President, Operations

Graham Smith is responsible for managing Synchrony’s supply chain and development projects and has been in this position since co-founding Synchrony in 2010. He has extensive experience of pharmaceutical supply chains having previously held positions Zeneus Pharma, Cephalon and GE Healthcare. Graham has a degree in Chemistry and Management from King’s College London.
